Let's be Organized

When we think of an organization, we often times think of it as something that is in order and aims for one goal whether it's for a cause, a change, growth,etc. In fact, organizational communication is the communication between individuals through messages. In this way, people are able to reach a goal. Although, there are many aspects within organizational communication, they all aim to reach some sort of goal, success, achievement, and more. Organizations such as, The U.S Army, sales departments, and wherever else you work with and interact with other humans within all of these types of organizations, individuals have a purpose to their job and what they're doing. Skills are also needed in order for the purpose to have a positive outcome.
